Ingredients:
- 5 large onions
- 1 large ginger root
- 4 garlic cloves
- 5 cloves
- 500g pot of honey
Preparation:
- Chop onions in slices
- Peal and chop ginger root in pieces
- Peal and chop garlic
- Poor chopped onions, ginger, garlic and cloves in a large glass pot
- Poor on top the honey
- Let it rest for 5 hours or overnight at room temperature
Once the syrup is ready you can then poor it into another container to remove the pieces.
You can keep the syrup in the fridge all winter.
